 Mowers
Our range of mowers covers all your needs: front-mounted, mid-mounted and rear-mounted mowers. Together with Mulag, we provide the perfect sales solution and ensure high quality and efficiency in your work.

 Concrete mixing buckets
For quick and flexible concrete mixing directly on site, we offer concrete mixing buckets in various sizes that can be fitted to wheel loaders and telescopic handlers.

Pruning shears – Schnitt-Griffy
In partnership with Hans Habbig, we supply the flexible and high-performance Schnitt-Griffy pruning shears. They feature a swivel mechanism and curved blades for a clean cut.

 Stump grinders
Our stump grinders allow you to remove tree stumps efficiently. Available in three sizes, we offer the right solution for every requirement.

 Tool Rotation Devices
Our tool rotation devices allow for flexible rotation of the working tool and are ideal for excavators and boom mowers.

From tradition to the future

Our history

The roots of GÖDDE Maschinenbau GmbH date back to 1948, when Ernst Schrader and Hermann Gödde founded the company ‘Schrader & Gödde Lingen’. In 1968, the partnership was dissolved and the company ‘Gödde Maschinenbau’ was established in Lingen. Since then, we have made a name for ourselves as an innovative manufacturer in the mechanical engineering sector.

Originally, we specialised in mowing boats for pond and water management. In the 1980s, we expanded our range to include boom mowers designed for the demanding requirements of water management – with specific requirements for reinforced construction and a long reach. Today, we maintain a long-standing partnership with Mulag in Oppenau, which has been responsible for the distribution of our mowers since 2006.

As well as mowers, we also manufacture a wide range of construction machinery attachments, including concrete mixing buckets, stump grinders, tool rotators and mowing baskets. Furthermore, in collaboration with our sales partners, we offer bespoke solutions to provide our customers with everything they need for their construction projects.

Today, our team comprises around 30 dedicated employees, led by the owners Bernhard and Johannes Gödde.

1948

The origins of Gödde Maschinenbau date back as far as 1948.

1969

Gödde Maschinenbau (HGL = Hermann Gödde Laxten) was founded in 1969. The new premises at Diekstraße 59 were opened in August 1969.

1978

The conversion to GÖDDE Maschinenbau GmbH was completed in February 1978.

1989

Following the death of the senior partner, Hermann Gödde, his two sons, Bernhard and Hermann-Josef Gödde, took over the company in 1989.

In 1989, production of the ‘GRABENMEISTER’ trench cutters was also taken over from LIBA Lingener-Baumaschinen.

1993 - 1995

The company’s steady growth and the healthy volume of orders made it necessary to expand the company premises. To this end, new premises were added in 1993 and 1994, which correspond to the current business premises. The official opening took place in the spring of 1995.

2024

A generational change in the management team. With effect from 31 December 2024, our long-serving managing director, Hermann-Josef Gödde, will be stepping down. Johannes Gödde will take over the management of the company alongside Bernhard Gödde from 1 January 2025, thereby continuing to lead the company into its third generation.

2026

Our move from Diekstraße 59 to Römerstraße 4 in 49811 Lingen – an important step for our continued growth and our future.
