Flail mower heads – efficient mowing along ditches, embankments or road verges
Our GÖDDE flail mowing heads are ideal for mowing grass and light undergrowth along ditches, embankments and roadsides. The flail shaft with movable blades creates a suction effect thanks to its closed design, which lifts and neatly cuts the grass. All mowing heads can be mounted on GÖDDE and MULAG mowing booms using a quick-change system.
Flexible equipment:
Our flail mowing heads are available in 1200mm, 1600mm and 1800mm working widths – adapted to the size of the boom and the area of application. Various accessories are available.
Conveyor belt attachment:
Optionally with conveyor belt to transport mowed material directly to the edge of the embankment and avoid laborious clearing work. A suitable hydraulic system on the boom is required.
Blade equipment:
- MS blade: Robust flail blade for grass and scrub up to 40 mm (2000 rpm).
- GB-RM blade: For grass and undergrowth up to 20mm, for intensive and extensive use (2900 rpm). Other variants available on request.
Mechanical/hydraulic front flap:
Makes it easier to draw in long material and ensures a clean cut.
Conveyor belt folding function:
The conveyor can be folded 80° to reduce material build-up and cleaning.
Hydraulic motors:
Matched to the boom hydraulics: Choose from 30cc, 50cc or 63cc motors for optimal performance.
Sensors for mowing assistant:
Our mowing heads are EMA compatible and equipped with sensors that automatically adjust the roller to uneven ground.
Mounting plate:
Enables the conveyor belt to be removed if necessary and ensures clean mowing with the rear wall closed.
